This session adapts for all levels of swimming ability. The goal is to gradually increase aerobic capacity and swimming strength. Swimmers will receive assistance on correcting technique and undergo personalised swimming drills in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether your aim is to maintain or develop fitness, undergo your first triathlon, get ready for your Surf Club proficiency, undergo some cross-training, maintain swimming routine, recovery or to meet like minded people, this session is tailored to help you attain your personal objectives.
$10.00 a session Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm
