This session adapts for all levels of swimming ability. The goal is to gradually increase aerobic capacity and swimming strength. Swimmers will receive assistance on correcting technique and undergo personalised swimming drills in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether your aim is to maintain or develop fitness, undergo your first triathlon, get ready for your Surf Club proficiency, undergo some cross-training, maintain swimming routine, recovery or to meet like minded people, this session is tailored to help you attain your personal objectives. With a 7.15am start Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, sessions are perfectly timed for shift workers, busy mums, university or TAFE students or late risers. There is no excuse to not punch out a few laps and feel great at the end!
