ADULT FITNESS
This session adapts for all levels of swimming ability. The goal is to gradually increase aerobic capacity and swimming strength. Swimmers will receive assistance on correcting technique and undergo personalised swimming drills in a relaxed atmosphere.
There's no excuse to not punch out a few laps and feel great at the end!

$10 a session
Whether your aim is to maintain or develop fitness, undergo your first triathlon, get ready for your Surf Club proficiency, undergo some cross-training, maintain swimming routine, recovery, or to meet like-minded people, this session is tailored to help you attain your personal objectives.
Adult Fitness sessions are held every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm.
